The Agency for the Support of Regional Development Košice is a non-profit organization, established by the Košice self-governing region. Our main purpose is to assist and support public services as well as supporting regional development and employment, in accordance with § 2, section 2, letter h) law n. 213/1997 body of law, about non-profit organizations, as amended in law n. 35/2002 body of law .
SOME INFORMATION ABOUT OUR AGENCY
MISSION OF THE AGENCY IS:
contribute to more effective and more dynamic sustainable development of the Košice region by creating conditions and mechanisms in the region, which will enable to deal with priority problems, and to implement future goals, according to the approved short-term and long-term strategic development documents.
The activities of the Agency are targeted mainly at solving the problem of unbalanced and low dynamic socio - economic development in the region, and its´ reasons which are following:
