
He worked at the Office of the Prešov Self-Governing Region, focusing on financial management and control of EU-funded projects. From 2018, he held the position of Head of the Intermediate Body for the Integrated Regional Operational Programme (IROP) at the Office of the Košice Self-Governing Region. He led a team that successfully implemented dozens of development projects for municipalities, public institutions, non-profit and church organizations, and private companies across the Košice Region – with investments exceeding 150 million euros.
Since July 1, 2024, he has been serving as the Director of the Košice Regional Development Agency, n.o., where he brings over a decade of professional experience in regional development, public policy, and EU project implementation. His goal is to strategically strengthen the agency’s position as a key partner for modern, green, and sustainable development in the Košice Region.

He has been working at the Agency since 2005 as a project manager. He focuses on the preparation and implementation of projects, particularly in the field of tourism, as well as on the development of strategic planning documents, feasibility studies, and financial and economic analyses.
He also has experience in training related to strategic planning, project proposal development, project implementation, and project evaluation. He participated in the administration of the Terra Incognita grant programme.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Management in Košice, University of Economics in Bratislava. He has further deepened his expertise in regional development through various courses and training programmes both in Slovakia and abroad.

As part of the APVV and VEGA projects, she participated in the development of a pilot pilot of biotechnological pre-treatment of quartz sands.

She was part of the GEOCEX research team from the European Structural Funds focused on research into the Earth's geosphere.
At Ekocentre Sosna, she focused on environmental education, design and implementation of environmental education programs for all ages.

Later, she worked as a news reporter for the national television RTVS and also taught media studies to university students as part of the Creative Centre.
Since May 2025, she has been working as a Communications Manager at the Agency for the Support of Regional Development Košice, n.o., overseeing communication for cross-border and international projects focused on climate, water, circular economy, and permaculture. She prepares press releases, articles, visual outputs, manages the website and social media channels. Her goal is to transform complex topics into clear, visually engaging outputs that have impact, meaning, and the power to inspire.

She graduated in Public Administration from Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. As part of her postgraduate studies at the University of Economics in Bratislava, she specialized in environmental policy, risk management, and sustainable development. As a member of research teams, she contributed to the implementation of VEGA and KEGA projects. The results of her academic work have been published in renowned databases such as Web of Science and Scopus.
Her professional profile includes extensive experience in strategic planning, creation and management of EU-funded projects, as well as in digital marketing, content creation, and stakeholder communication.
During her time at the Košice Self-Governing Region, she was responsible for strategic leadership and coordination of projects within the Office of the President. She oversaw the planning and implementation of events with regional and international impact, as well as the smooth daily operations of the office. She prepared analytical and strategic materials for work meetings and official negotiations, including agendas, documentation, and the implementation of outcomes. She efficiently coordinated teams, managed projects across departments, and ensured compliance with deadlines and the quality of outputs. For official events and public appearances, she ensured protocol-level standards and a smooth course of action, including the operative handling of unexpected situations.
In the area of communication, she developed and implemented content and media strategies, managed official communication channels (including social media), coordinated media outputs, and built the office’s public image. She contributed to the modernization of internal processes by designing and implementing new communication and organizational tools. She led marketing campaigns, facilitated team activities, and systematically built a network of strategic partnerships across both the public and private sectors.
She has demonstrated strong results also in the creative sector – as a communication manager for the Košice Region Film Office, she created content, developed communication strategies, and contributed to the growth of the organization's brand. She has proven experience with website administration and the creation of visually attractive, client-oriented graphic designs.
In the non-profit sector, she worked as a project manager for international projects, responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of initiatives in the fields of non-formal education, culture, and civic participation. She focused on achieving strategic results, contributing to the development of community initiatives, strengthening social dialogue, and enhancing civic engagement.
She excels particularly in combining analytical and strategic thinking with excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to complex project environments. In her work, she connects precision with creativity and a strong results-oriented approach. She strives to increase the positive impact of projects on a regional level through high-quality management and clear, strategic communication.
