A survey was carried out within this project, focusing on the competencies and skills of regional development actors for each project partner.
The questionnaire had 72 questions and consisted of 3 categories, which were divided into several topics:
1. LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTORS
2. OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCES OF REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTORS
3. EXISTING EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS
The implementation of the RETHINK project took place in six interconnected phases.
During the first phase implementation of the project, a survey was conducted focused on the competencies and skills of regional actors development for each project partner.
The survey took the form of an online or offline questionnaire, with respondents to indicate the existing level of competence and the need for further training.
