The project is studying how Europe can systematically become more climate-resilient with the help of nature-based solutions. With an international consortium, led by TU Dortmund University, the project aims at activating private land for climate adaptation measures to reducing climate risks.
The project focuses on the development of innovative solutions in the field of impact and adaptation to change challenges. It deals with the topic of increasing weather resistance, especially in areas where the most frequent hydrometeorological phenomena occur, such as floods, droughts or extreme temperatures in cities.
